Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a refund after receiving the product.

The return policy requires that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and questions
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/non-returnable products
Certain types of products are non-returnable, such as special orders or personalised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discount products or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, purchase a new product separately.

We will notify you when we have received and checked your return and whether or not it has been accepted. If your return is accepted, you will automatically receive a refund using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
